Fed-BioMed v5.4 new release

Fed-BioMed v6.0.0 is now available !

Fed-BioMed is now availbale through pip The main feature provided by this release is the new cli command, and a new and simpler way to download Fed-BioMed through pip: a simple pip install fedbiomed or pip install fedbiomed --upgrade is now enough to get the latest changes of Fed-BioMed. In order to run Fed-BioMed, just write fedbiomed node start or fedbiomed researcher start.

Bug fixes and other updates are also included in the release.
