Fed-BioMed v5.2 new release

We are thrilled to announce that Fed-BioMed v5.2.0 is now available !

It mainly brings fixes for network related gRPC and secure aggregation known issues. It also introduces a complete refactoring of the researcher component's code, an end-to-end test facility providing advanced testing in order to provide a high level quality software. Besides, it features a concrete-ml example, enabling advanced state-of-the-art protection mechanisms on top of secure aggregation.

Bug fixes and miscellaneous updates are also included in the release.
